Generally, polyester filaments have high bundles and smooth surfaces. In order to make the surface feel like cotton, the structure of the polyester fibers has to be changed. At present, the technical methods for improving polyester hairiness and bulkiness mainly include the following: using air mesh to blow and entangle filaments to form irregular structures, and using different raw material combinations to form three-dimensional curls and bulky shapes.
